You must send an email to the site which the item was purchased from within 48 hours of receiving it to notify them of the reason a return authorization number should be issued. Once an RA# is issued the return should be sent within 48 hours.

Earrings are shipped from Aurora, Colorado. Most other items are shipped directly from our manufacture overseas. We ask that you please allow 15 working days for delivery of most of our items.

We do not ship to Italy due to the postal regulations. We ship just about everywhere else.

HOW do you ship?
Most of our items are shipped USPS First Class Mail or International Parcel Post.
International Fed Ex Priority is available on orders over $500.00.
